Snorkelling trip was excellent. Outdoor pool and garden area well cared for. Room had shaded terrace. Recommended to visit with a car or scooter. Great value and great outdoor life. Convenient shaded parking. Sufficient sun beds on small beach. Extremely nice and welcoming staff. Super clean. Excellent food at restaurant. Huge and nice pool. Well-kept outside maintenance. In this hotel I felt comfortable and at ease. All the staff were charming and most helpful and the ladies at the reception desk went out of their way to help in anyway they could.

It was quiet and relaxing and Management was very helpful in assisting our travel arrangements from their hotel to Roma.
Lack of air conditioning at night. The bed was very uncomfortable and we asked for it to be changed and it wasn't. This made our stay disappointing because of lack of sleep. When we arrived the check in staff didn't explain to us that we had to reserve a table each day for the evening meal, this was explained to us on the second night we were there and this made us feel uncomfortable, however they did accommodate us in the resturant.

We loved the modern and well-equipped apartment with its spacious layout. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, the seaside, and shopping. The owner was extremely kind and supportive, providing helpful tips on restaurants and assisting us with parking.
Can't fault anything about it.

We think it was central, clean, nice place. We might go by ea to Portofino, by train to Cinque Terre, and in the centre it was entertainment each evening, blues, theatre for children, song etc. Nice place.

Nice Swimming Pool and Welcoming Staff
We recently had a city break and stayed at a hotel in a fabulous location near the beach. This hotel offers a lovely swimming pool and the staff were very welcoming. One of the good things about the hotel is that it offers free parking, which is great for those who travel by car. the hotel has a nice garden with a lot of trees and greenery which gives a pleasant feel to the surroundings.
The hotel itself is quite run-down. We stayed in a room that was not well equipped and lacked basic amenities.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with easy access to multiple beaches on Elba island - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rooms are spacious and equipped with excellent amenities. Guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast spread while overlooking stunning views of the sea. The friendly staff ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.
Guests may need to bring their own transportation or arrange to hire a car, as taxis can be expensive and buses infrequent.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the Italian food was delicious. The live music during dinner was a nice touch. The location was perfect as it offered a stunning view of the bay and the terrace was amazing. The sea-water pool was refreshing and the pool bar served tasty drinks.
The room was a bit on the small side and could use some updates, particularly in the bathroom. The lack of an elevator may make it difficult for some guests to reach the top floors, but the amazing view from the terrace made it worth the climb.

The hotel had a great location on the bay, close to the old town. The outdoor pool and garden area were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. The staff was friendly and gave me excellent suggestions for food and beaches to visit in the area. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of offerings.
Could not be improved in any way.
